You may find yourself wanting to add a nifty little button for on-offs on letters or acknowledgments or some other type of merged/mailing. Apsona supports this with a button but I found the documentation a little lacking. Here’s how we did it:
Step 1 : Set Up A New Document for Mail Merge
(Documents, All Documents)
Step 2 : Create a Merge Action
(Settings, Merge Actions,, Create Botton)
Step 3: Edit Page (on opp detail), selecting Apsona Doc Gen v2 (or similar).
Paste the code you got in Step 2.
Add any qualifying details to the visibility of the button.
